Job Category is the simple name of Job title when any employer will post a job there will be an option with the name job category. once the employer selects that it will be freeze to help filter from the candidate database. 

No there is no time limit of Package usage. The employer can use pending posts at any time.

An employer can use 2nd job post whenever he wants after 2minute or after 2 months or after 6 months there are no restrictions.
